I am the Organizer for Delaware Americans for Democratic Action (Delaware ADA) and assistant at Pacem in Terris. Currently, I focus on engaging communities across the state in social change through grassroots advocacy, research, and training. Together we work to build our collective leadership to fight for economic, racial, and social justice.
I also write at OrganizingChange.org, which shares what people have done to strategically organize throughout history. Through this work I analyze how to shift narratives, dismantle oppression, develop cross-issue strategies, prepare for long-term movements, and other tools we need to create change.
